LOVE IT! Delighted with product and excellent service. It's definitely an enjoyable way to exercise with a sense of humour, 80's music and the gorgeous Miranda Hart to keep me motivated. I don't feel pressured to exceed my capabilities, but in a very short space of time have made a BIG difference to my health and fitness. I've been a Miranda Hart fan for some time so was curious to see if this would be any use to me at all and have not been disappointed. I really like the fact that if I'm not feeling quite up to it, I can take it easier and yet still keep moving.
So great!! its a lot if fun to do!! I think this will actually work! yaaaaaay!!! the little.comedy touches she ads it hlp you forget that youre working out!
very disapointed, not terribly funny and simply an exercise programme which isnt very practical . I would not recommend this to anyone, and I will most likely put this in the bin
