Great product, but here's advice...
High quality product. Took more than 2 hours to install (no whinging, just advice to plan ahead). Smelled burning rubber in the first ride, but then it got ok. You will probably need more cable ties than what is included in the set. Also advice: DO try the handles on BEFORE you apply superglue (cannot stress this enough): 1) to be able to trim the rubber off the edges beforehand 2) to get the feel of how you will need to install the handles after the glue is on. I screwed up twice: I was not prepared to act SUPERFAST when the superglue was on (you have half a minute until the glue dries and believe me it is not enough time to "figure out" all you need). Secondly, as I freaked out trying to squees the handles onto the handlebar, a lot of this glue got underneath the twisting plastic part of the throttle and set there, preventing it from twisting back after you opened the throttle. So I had to disassemble the throttle altogether to clean the glue out of underneath the twisting plastic tube, even had to grind the glue off the handlebar. All worked well in the end, but cost me another hour of efforts.Read full review

My personal rating is only "OK". Why? I'd like to see Oxford make grips with thinner wiring, a smaller exit moulding from the throttle (it is too rigid and gets in the way of brake lever/cables) and grips that are less fat. Only recommended if these concerns are not an issue for your bike. They are easy to install and good value.

Jumping off a fully heated BMW RT 1200 to a new non heated Royal Enfield Meteor 350 was a shock in a Canberra winter! The Oxford grips are so good and so easy to fit. I am 75 and look forwards to more riding years in the rest of our country(I am sick of going around in circles in the ACT) I was caught out in very heavy rain and my hands were soaked but I can tell you warm wet hands are preferential to cold wet ones!!! add degreaser wipes
installed 2 units lately and both times the throttle grip failed to stick .glue adhered to throttle sleeve , grip came off clean inside . After wiping out the bore with acetone they both glued ok , and remain bonded. Maybe some little envelopes of solvent wipes could be included in the installation kit Otherwise an excellent product, easy to install and highly effective in operation
