I've used an Ultra Curve for some time - Takes some getting use to - Once you become familiar - It's a breeze - Considering the product is discontinued I recently purchased a back up - The RTA ( Auto Mode ) I don't care for however when analyzing speakers manually your able to get a perfectly flat response - Exceptional sound at any price - Saving the program is essential - I use three sets of monitor's - Being able to call up the settings for each pair all within one unit with the touch of a button is nothing short of great ! --- Wouldn't know what to do with out that feature --- Behringers later unit I don't care for --- I really wish they would bring back - The Ultra Curve 8024 ver.3 - The only other option is to buy up whatever's out there - Store them away - I really wouldn't want to be without one - Getting to zero is where it all starts --- So ------------------------------------- Berhinger --- What do you think ---------------------- Bring it back - or - I'm going to have to storm Ebay --- Paul ---
I am just getting familiar with this product and have not yet purchased the TRS (tip-ring-sleeve) plugs that facilitates full usage of this device. I remember being in a recording studio in the past when I ran one of these through some tweaks and had a real good time with the different parameters.
I am sure it will prove to be a very valuable tool in my system., God Bless America~!
1) Step by step instructions would be very appreciate
2) This is not for a person who has problems to learn
3) Very good results once good adjustments are done
4) No physical sliders so there is no glitch
