Tinny sounds - lacks any bass
Unfortunately the sound from these speakers is thin and lacks any bass. Reasonably well buit for the price but the sound just lets them down. What can you expect fom $30? Not much but you can get a better sound for this price point

Decent sound for their size
They don’t have much bass but to their credit they don’t distort when heavy bass is input so they are well made in that regard. They will make great overhead rear speakers for bedroom 5.1 setup if the plaster ceiling can support them. Excellent for $29!
