Bought it for relaxation and to assist sleep, but did the opposite: tightness in the head that resulted in headache and muscle ache in neck and shoulder all night, therefore groggy next day. Surprised by its effect as it seemed just innocent vitamins and minerals, but it did not work or do any good at all. Disappointing :(
