Good product, but the Android app needs more work.
The unit takes three readings and averages them. This is a good idea, but often one of them fails to work, with no explanation and then you have to start it all again. The Android app is not very well thought out. It has no capability for reporting or printing results taken over a period of time. It will send an email to you or your doctor for one reading only. I needed a report of BP readings taken over at least a month. It claims to be able to sync readings with several other Android apps from other sources. Perhaps this is a way to get substantial reporting and printing, but I could not get it to work and there was no help available. These foreign apps are concerned about many readings other than BP, so most of their capability is an irrelevant nuisance. The actual BP readings are consistent and more credible than the wild variations given by cheaper products that take only one reading. The health ratings (such as:" level one hypertension") may be true, but they can be quite alarming.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good but bit difficult to use
Works well but needs to be positioned correctly (and not like the photos) to pick up your pulse properly. I have to have the cylinder on the inside of my arm - not on the bicep - otherwise it fails to get a reading.
