    Questionable ingredients, causes intense headache, threw in the bin.

    Upon researching Pueraria mirifica, a dosage of 500mg to 1000mg raw is a overdose, true Pueraria Mirifica (White Kwao Krua), a dose of 20-50mg of the herb is taken daily once in the morning. This appears to be significantly bioactive, and it would be advisable to not exceed this dosage (reference - examine dot com slash supplements slash pueraria-mirifica). Capsules had a nice smell when opening container but when capsules were opened & emptied nil smell was present indicating something on the outside of the capsules having scent. Questionable ingredients, causes intense headache after 1 capsule, threw in the bin. I cannot recommend anyone risk their health with this product.
