Never tastes like a diet !
This is a great, no nonsense cook book, much like the guys come across themselves. Would have liked a few more sweet things, but that's not the idea of a diet. The dishes are varied and easy to size down for two people or freeze well if you make the full quantity. The couple I have tried taste amazing and will be a great incentive to stick with for life.

Recipes are simple to use. So many mouth watering meals to choose from. Eat the amount stated and lose weight. What more could you possibly want? My partner and I both lost weight through this book and we are truly happy we bought it. We also bought 2 other Hairy Bikers recipe books. Highly recommend. Cheers Si and Dave.

Had a good look throught the Hairy Dieters Eat For Life and i love it the food looks delicious the recipes are eas to follow and the photo of the food are so colour looks like you could just eat the food straight of the page ive tried a few of the recipes now and even i couldn't go wrong which i was very surprised at lol they tasted really lovely too..Well Done Guys xx

I have bought the series, excellent recipes which are working for us. Only one criticism, the qty each recipe serves. There are only two of us and breaking down a recipe to serve 2 is sometimes difficult, some ingredients are then negligible! There is only so much room in the freezer! Therefore I have to pick and choose to adapt weight rather than try all! What recipe I have tried has been excellent perhaps they could do a set of books for two as well as the 3s, 6s ?
