Replace your check valves
Simple process to install these little things. Somewhat more difficult to remove the original ones. I spent at least an hour removing the old broken parts. Once I realized I could remove the brass fitting on the end and push some of the old parts out with a 3/16" chainsaw file it made it easier. Install the new valves, reassemble the pump and mount to the engine. Gas, pull, spray.

Pump pressure is like new
My pressure washer was loaned to a friend, and he ran it dry for about twenty minutes. Two of the valves were destroyed, and the pump would not create pressure. I ordered these valves and watched the you tube video on how to replace them. When the valves came in, I installed them in less than thirty minutes. The pump runs like new, and the repair cost around $12.

Rebuilding pump took a great deal of time, but, these checks replaced the ones that were in pieces. Old ones took forever to remove, New ones pushed in fine. Too bad these are made of thin, weak plastic...

Seems to have replaced originals.
Fits and replaced originals, which melted from over heating. These are same construction so one needs to be careful and keep water flowing for cooling. I tried the metal ones and they did not seem to work.

Revived an Annozi Reverberi pump
My pump was a mess; with the check valves destroyed and lots of corrosion and hard-water deposits throughout the interior. After extracting the old check valves (had to drill them out) and cleaning the cylinders with a drill-driven wire brush and blasts of air, I installed the new check valves, reassembled the pump and re-mounted the pump to the engine. Now it's back to working about as well as when new. Woo hoo!!
