Vegesorb is an economical, light, non-greasy moisturiser based on natural almond and apricot kernel oil. Apricot kernel oil does not repel water as strongly as mineral oils, so Vegesorb is able to penetrate the upper epidermis to provide quick, effective moisture to the skin. Vegesorb is colour and fragrance free and is safe to use on all skin types, even sensitive skin. It can be used on babies as an all over moisturiser or nappy cream; on the face; and for many other purposes including shaving, cleansing and make-up removal and showering. Vegesorb is petrochemical free, made from pure plant derived ingredients.

This product is non alergenic, non perfume and non petro-chemical. Non toxic, so your body inside and out, will thank you! Worth the extra $.
I have been using this product for years! We tend not to realise that the cheap stuff available on the supermarket shelf is full of parabans and other nasties and daily application over time can create disharmony in the body. Your liver has to deal with everything from the outside in to the inside out! So, keep it as natural as you can folks, coz there are just too many invisible poisons floating around these days! Ex chronic fatigue sufferer!

Better alternative
I have sensitive skin and once had a bathroom full of expensive moisturisers. I discovered vegesorb in the health food shop when I was looking for a moisturiser for my husband and realised it would be good for me too. I was delighted to find it in the chemist and on line. I like that it is not a mineral oil. I like that it can be used on sore skin and rashes. It can be used to remove make up as it is a cleanser. I like that it is 100% Australian owned and manufactured. I like the price and the fact that it comes in different sizes containers. My husband likes that it is not greasy and he can use it as an after shave cream. I like that all the other jars and tubes have gone, we just use the one cream for everything.
