Great soundbar
I wanted to wait a while before reviewing this product just in case it wasn't very good, since I usually read reviews to help me decide whether or not to buy a product. So far, I only have good things to say about this soundbar. The sound is very clear, the subwoofer is great, especially for action movies, three hdmi ports. I have a Sony bravia tv, so syncing it with my tv was so easy, I was sure I had missed something. Just one hdmi, and ethernet cable for faster speed instead of the wifi option. I can't thank you enough for selling me a quality product for a great price. I've included some pictures of my 55" bravia with the soundbar and the subwoofer on the side. Sorry for the low light, was watching a movie while reviewing your product

Control Problems
Firstly, 14 days is not long enough to trouble shoot problems and arrange for a return when those problems are not solved. I had remote control problems when using a Harmony Hub. Yes, I put a blaster next to unit's display area where the IR receiver was indicted to located. I am now just "living" with the intermittent control problems. This soundbar is blows away others
Easy to use, we love the night setting where we have kids and sonys songpal is amazing we have a sony compatible speaker in our bedroom and if I'm cleaning the music will follow me. It has plenty of bass more than I expected for wattage of the subwoofer and its wireless. Comes with a hdmi cord, batteries and wall mounts. A little finicky, sounds good though
Granted I'm using a Logitech Harmony One universal remote system which IN ITSELF is finicky af but adding a sound bar that is also very particular means a little upfront frustration until you can figure things out. With that said, once you have all that worked out, she's a beauty. Coming from an analog setup (Boston Acoustics TVee 20) I was expecting a MASSIVE difference in power and fidelity. My 1st run connection/installation didn't blow me away. But after tweaking the settings (MOSTLY ON MY LG TV), I was able to find the sweet spot and it absolutely does sound much better. Cleaner, more powerful, bass is more defined, music sounds good, etc. In summary: Set up can be a pain if your system is already complicated. Good value for the performance it delivers
Very happy with the sound quality. I'm using it with a Sony 65" smart tv. Once set up (which was easy) it automatically switches to the appropriate tv input. Bluetooth receives and transmits so you can use headphones while watching tv or you can send smartphone/tablet music it. Bass is very deep and you can really feel it when cranked up. Hello everyone, I just received my Sony HIT-CT790 sound bar today on 11/2/2018 by FedEx I paid $129 for my sony HIT-CT790 with free shipping it was a open box in the original box everything was brand new in the box including the HDMI cable also I noticed no batteries comes with the remote you will have to purchase your own 2 AAA batteries now here's the best part of the product it's all shiny black the sound bar is heavy but not that heavy the song is wonderful you would have to play around with the remote control to get the sound the way you want it this item also allows you to control your subwoofer up and down in base when I figure out the sound settings I cut it up to Max it sounded like a 3D sound system in my front room the base was perfect i have a 75" 4k tv with a 4k bluray player yes i do have 4k movies this sound bar will blow you away for 2018 thank you for reading my review.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
