Best hand mixer ever

KitchenAid mixer to the recue.
I've had a number of small hand held mixers. None of them ran slow enough on low. This mixer has an actual low speed when run on 1. Each progressive increase in speed brought about a steady increase up to 5. While it doesn't run as fast on 5 as the others, it is still plenty fast enough to whip potatoes. I enjoy this mixer as I have a proline stand mixer that is awesome for all big jobs during the holidays However for every day use I needed something efficient as my kitchenaid proline but lightweight so I can just grab it & whip up those mash potatoes or quick desserts my husband loves !!!
