Best turmeric combination money can buy
I've been buying from Chris for the last about 5 years. The turmeric has saved me a lot of pain. I was diagnosed with bursitis in my left shoulder and the doctor decision was to inject me with cortisone. I refused and went the natural way. I made the mistake to buy plain turmeric from the chemist which did very little. However the turmeric must be taken mixed with the black pepper in order to be absorbed in your body. In combination with the ginger it forms a powerful antioxidant. In my case the pain was nearly gone in 3 days after taking it, then after a week gone completely. I continued to take it for a few months and it kept me pain free while doing bootcamp. Recently after stooping the bootcamp mixed with a bad diet, the bursitis started in the right shoulder. I bought another brand from the Chemist Warehouse which had Indian Frankincense which interfered with my antidepressants very badly and sent me suicidal. However Chris's brand is the only one that was very effective, side effects free (i'm extremelly sensitive to natural remedies due to the Cymbalta) at an affordable price. Highly recommend.
