Easy to install, saved purchasing a new iron
If you have purchased a German made Rowenta iron, you probably love it and you probably paid quite a bit for it. So you can imagine my upset when my new puppy chewed through the cord of mine. I figure I would replace it with a generic cord by taking off the bottom and loosening a couple of screws. NOT. Way more complicated. I found this at a reasonable price. Easy fix for a broken iron
When my iron stopped working, I started searching to buy a new one. Rowenta irons are not cheap though. So I stumbled across some posts stating others had simply replaced the internal board and it fixed the issue. This made the most sense to me as the iron plate and outside shell were still in excellent condition.
