Meat Pounder
I recently received this meat pounder and it seems to be of good quality as to material and construction. It is a heavy pounder and the smooth striking surface is good for what I want to do with it. I did not want it for tenderizing the meat but to flatten the meat for more even cooking. If forced to find any fault is that instruction calls for hand washing as opposed to being dish-washer safe. It would have been nice to dish-wash this item as I have and will be using it for chicken. A minor inconvenience.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
