Manufacturing quality sub par
Item was new and well priced however plastic flashing covered a couple of the mounting holes during the manufacturing process and needed to be drilled out in order to allow the bolts to thread in.

Dont buy used equipment
I bought it to replace mine, whose threads were damaged. This used item had the same damaged thread problem.
