Bought this from silicon lottery a while back, CPU is golden bin, able to do 4.8 Ghz at 1.05 Vload (tested on maximus XI apex) the CPU has also been die lapped, delidded and resealed with liquid metal, able to achieve 50C under stock load with a custom loop.  The surrounding exposed pads have been covered with nail polish to prevent Liquid metal from shorting the CPU.
