  • Has everything you need, nothing you don't.

I use these phones with my Ringcentral account. I typically take a few hundred calls on multiple lines per day with these phones and the battery lasts all day no problem. I think if the buttons were a bit more distinguishable, it would be easier to dial, but the number pad seems to run together a bit without much space between the numbers making a bit difficult to dial without really paying attention to what you're doing. Also, it doesn't handle multiple calls as well as it could; it doesn't allow you to hang up on a line you have on hold. This may sound like a good feature, but at times can be a bit problematic. If you take a call after leaving a voicemail on a different line for instance, when you're done with the second call, you can't simply hang up, you have to go back to the voicemail that you've been leaving for the duration of your call, only to hang up. In any case, these handsets are far superior to my last handsets (Yealink W52P), and are a great value. The few minor issues that I have with the phones are not software or hardware related, just preferences I suppose. Also, worth mentioning: the directions could be a bit more clear when it comes to setting up your phone with your network.
