This watch is as advertised. Face and dial are stylish and easy to read. Bezel and case are attractive and well made and finished. I love having a stop watch available. The luminescent hands and numbers are easy to read in the dark. The band is adequate. It is not cheap. It's not particularly high-end, either. Of course, with enough wear, that's getting replaced anyway. Very good value. Should last a long time.

If you want style its OK but many things turn me off about this watch. I find the watch face itself too heavy and constantly on the side of my wrist very uncomfortable. Reading the watch itself is a bit cumbersome because it's so busy so for instance if you're in your car and can only glanced down at it, good luck. And finally the fact that there's no light on the watch to view it at night you can only depend on the glow factor it's not good enough. So to bring this down to a concise review if you want to watch for dress this is your watch but if you want an everyday watch I would suggest something easier to read with better functionality

I bought this watch to replace an older Seiko watch that I have worn for several years. The old watch still works, but was fairly complicated with analog and digital times...etc and required me to read the manual when the time changed from Daylight Savings to Standard Time to Daylight Savings time and when it required a battery change I wanted a watch that was analog only and wanted a watch that was solar powered and would not require batteries. I found that watch in this one. The weight and size is perfect. Big enough to know you have a watch on your wrist but not heavy enough to feel like you have wrist weights strapped to your arm. The analog display is easy to read even in low light. The calendar display is a bit small but manageable. This watch has a compass feature that seems to be totally useless, but doesn't interfere with the main function of keeping time. This watch seems to be accurate in its timekeeping. That is something I will monitor for a while. All in all this watch is something I enjoy wearing daily. The leather band is good quality and feels good. Read full review

Very stylish sport watch and the compass feature is great for outdoor hikes and camping.

Watch is not what it is hyped up to be. The so called compass function is basically unusable and not practical. The second hand is tiny and not easily observable. The strap is ugly at best. I love and own Seiko watches. This one is not a daily wearer. Not worth the almost $160 I paid.
