No contest, both movies are entertaining. Of course the 2005 Kong movie has reached it's 20th anniversary, then again I'm still not sure because I haven't been hearing about it's celebration after 20 years. Now that we have the Legendary Monsterverse, it's still good in it's own way. As for the two Toho Kong films. I highly recommend them to any Godzilla fan even though Kong himself in those two doesn't look as impressive.
