    i bough one used it 3 times all ways cleaned and dry it .last time i got it out the lights come on but the Steam nor cleaning works.

    so i ordered one on ebay , used though i could use all the cleaning powder i still had.i testet it. the same problem . now steam ore cleaning, only the lights come on, so i had to return it.
