When I first got them , I was skeptical. Half store price....anyways so when I paired them up , volume was low ( I almost sent them back ) but luckily realized my phone and the headset volume is seperate...I've had them for a few weeks now and they are great , volume is more than enough ( I wear in a fabrication shop ) and best of all battery last atleast 12hrs (nonstop) and the price is half what I paid from verizon a couple years back.
