Love it! Genius!
This is a fabulous device. It does what it says it does. Follow the directions and start slowly. I started with 2 20 second reps a day. On days I tried twice per day it was too much so once per day is perfect. I use it on my bed and it stores nicely next to or under my bed. I have scoliosis, degenerative discs, sciatica and spine damage from car accidents. There are days when my sciatica acts up so bad I can barely stand for more than 2 minutes. This has resolved that issue for me. One thing that really helps the stretch for me is pull my knees towards my chest first to try to pull my low back as flat as I can. That provides a better stretch. I have learned to be careful with what I do with my back but adding this in keeps it stretched out and opened and has allowed me to do more physically (which lets me exercise more which lets me get in better shape which helps my spine). Lo Bak Trax Spinal Traction
While of excellent quality, along with a very detailed manual on how to use it... I found this device cumbersome, and not so easy to use. You have to hold it on your thighs just so, while putting your hands on the handle bars in just right place and position, and then push. Sounds easy but it's a bit tricky - especially if you are already in pain. For those with enough patience and motor skills to practice; it just might be what you're looking for. It does help
This device does help with low back pain and other minor issues. I can feel it stretching my poor achey back ever so gently. Using it everyday will only improve my mobility more. Using it also has reduced the obnoxious stabbing pain I get in my thigh due to the pinched nerve in my lower back. Not for my back
I have had trouble with my back for over twenty years had surgery went to chiropractor many times, and now tried this product. Did excerise one time. Still Searching For A Back Device That Really Works
I first saw this offered on QVC and was intrigued by the claims for relief from low back pain. After trying this device for 3 weeks there was no improvement in my lower back which sometimes involves sciatica. I went back to my excercise and stretching which allows me more relief.
