I specifically bought this wheel to complement my HTC Vive when playing racing games such as Project CARS. The force feedback in the wheel is great and the tension in the peddles, too. The choice to use the stick shift or the paddles is fantastic. The overall build quality is very good. Using this wheel with my VR headset increases my immersion immensely. My only gripes with the wheel concern the force feedback, as well as the sensor it uses for centering the wheel. The force feedback gripe is pretty small, essentially just being that the default force it applies is pretty unrealistic, but changing it is very simple. The sensor for recentering, on the other hand, can be a hassle to get fixed. Despite purchasing a factory refurbished model, I had to open the wheel up myself and apply epoxy to the sensor so that it would properly adhere to the shaft that turned with the wheel. While the fix is pretty easy to perform, for the price you'll be paying for the wheel, it shouldn't be something the consumer should have to handle.Read full review

great little wheel, lots of fun using, and pretty good build quality. However I personally think the pedals for me aren't spaced out enough and is somewhat uncomfortable when trying to use the clutch pedal. also I don't know if you can, but being able to adjust the force feedback would be nice especially for some games(couldn't figure out the software they bundle with it). the swifter is nice, but could be better I personally like the Thrustmaster one in terms of looks and that it can be used as both a 6/7 speed or a sequential (rally games are better with a sequential IMO).All in all a solid more "budget/starter" friendly wheel then some others so if you can snag it on sale or second hand in good shape I'd go for it if you want a good little wheel for racing.
I've been using the Logitech G27 for almost 2 years and it's been a great experience! I play simulators like Assetto Corsa, iRacing, and Project Cars and this wheel performs flawlessly in all titles. Road feel is amazing, as you corner, being able to feel the rear end of your vehicle break loose in this wheel is something not achievable in cheaper wheels. Overall build quality is nothing short of amazing. The leather wrapped wheel and solid metal frame makes racing come to life. The pedals are great and ok, the spacing of the pedals might make it difficult for larger footed players to go from break to clutch. The break pedal tension feels like the break lines popped and you're going for a ride! But there are spring mods to give you that stiff break pedal feel. The only real con to the build is the shifter. It will definitely take the abuse as I am not the easiest when banging through gears, but lacks the real feel of a manual transmission. But that has not swayed me away from the Logitech G27. In conclusion, if you're looking for a great all around race wheel that comes complete with shifter and can handle the abuse giving you a great racing experience without breaking the bank, look no further. Happy racing!!Read full review

The wheel was very well maintained and in good condition from the previous owner. I have used this wheel with numerous games from American Truck Simulator, Assetto Corsa, and Spin tires just to name a few. The wheel responds very realistically and works great. I love it, no complaints!

The Logitech G27 is the best racing wheel, considering the price point (~$250-300). It is easy to use and is compatible with many popular racing games for PC.
