I'd previously owned the standard Voyager Legend and used it with my laptop for VOIP and cell phone but I found that it was very unstable using the laptop's built-in bluetooth services and I eventually had to stop using it for VOIP (Skype, Lync, Sococo, JoinMe, WebEx, Google Voice, etc). However, the headset itself (identical between the various Legend 'bundles') was extremely clear and comfortable - so comfortable that I sometimes forget I have it on. After some research I decided try the UC model with its own bluetooth connector for the laptop and the stability is now excellent. I can easily use both the cell phone and laptop simultaneously and can make and receive calls on both through the headset. With the UC model, the integration with Lync (Skype for Business) is excellent as the mute button triggers the mute in the app and it signals the app that I'm 'busy' if on another call. The desktop cradle is very convenient as is the included charging travel case. The background noise cancelling of the headset is excellent and I've used it in some noisy places where the people on the other end of the call saying they couldn't hear any background noise. In the office, home office, or in the car this is by far the best headset I've ever owned (and there's been a lot). For multi-platform telephony this is about as close to headset perfection as you'll ever get. About the only drawback - if you consider it as such - is that it's only single-ear meaning it's not stereo and not really meant for streaming music playback. That being said, I've used it for occasional streaming music and football game broadcasts and it works well.Read full review

The Voyager Pro HD headset I received only had 1 ear adapter that is too large for my ear so the headset does not fit well and is loose making it difficult to hear. Often I have to hold it in my ear and sometimes I accidentally end the call because I bump the button. Talk time is not that great either. Says 6 hours after charging but it will only last 2 maybe 3.

This product is very comfortable in my ear and the features and sound quality are great! Wish it had a longer talk time but the fact that you can charge it in its case is very convenient.

Great BT ear piece. Im a field technician and I'm constantly receiving phone calls while driving and I have a hard time paying attention to several things at once. Lasted all day today with 4 hours of talk time left when I plugged it in for tomorrow. The rechargable case is a nice feature. I've seen some people complain about the weight of the ear hook... But personally I like it. It holds it in place and the material sort of locks it in behind the ear. All in all I am happy with the purchase and would recommend.

I love the ergonomics, battery life, style, and function of these. Audio quality and noise cancellation is superb. I have to wear it all day (ALL DAY) but I really don't mind because I can't even tell I am wearing it. One star off because eventually the rubber housing degrades and/or it cracks at the swivel point. I have never been disappointed with how many hours of use they get before this happens though.
