This little tool is a great tool to remove and install the troublesome rubber seat in many of these small Engine carburetors. A great little tool
You probably don't need this tool unless you rebuild Tecumseh carburetors on at least an occasional basis. That does not diminish this fine tool in the slightest. It does it's 3 jobs perfectly. Removal of needle seat, adjustment of float and installation of new seat. I could have gotten the seat out with something, set the float with a drill bit and installed the seat with something else. This however made the seat removal and installation a matter of seconds and insured that the float was set perfectly. If I had used a drill bit possibly the float would have been slightly off, which probably would have been ok anyway. Tool ensures that the setting is made on the correct spot on the float. Good tool for rebuilding Tecumseh carbs.
