Love this stuff!
For me and my husband, it works fantastic. We don't need to use it very often but it's so good to know we have it if we need it. The regular dosage is 2 but more often than not, I only need one. They're really large and a bit hard for me to swallow sometimes but you CAN chew them. They smell far worse than they taste. I found this out when I tried to take one that had expired months ago and had become very soft. I chewed it and it really wasn't that bad. It still worked too!

Does not have any efficacy, i took one pill one night,i stay awake whole night,i took second night 2 pills,i stay awake the whole night,slept 1 hour during the day to recover after 2 night which i could not sleep. I tried the 3 night with 3 pills,it keeps you drowsy,but can not sleep at all.
