I was skeptical at 1st because all the parts were made of stainless steel but after tying it out I can honestly say that it's not just fantastic it's fantabulous, which is saying something coming from me. Fantastic. If you have cheap sugar and cheap grains this is the still for you. I have run malted barley and wheat with added sugar and this thing pumps our clean high proof white whiskey. It saves just enough flavor. I ran 2 gallons of peated malt and added char oak spiral. I got a whole quart of 150 proof mids that tastes like a poor mans Islay Scotch. Easy to use.
