The best sony E mount ultrawide so far
This is most certainly the best sony E mount ultrawide on the market. It is lightweight and small in consideration of the specs and performance. Image sharpness at 14mm f2.8 is easily comparable with some prime lenses stopped down to f8. Low vigtetting, has no chromatic nor monochromatic aberrations and suffers no contrast loss with only a tiny flair when pointed at bright light at certain angles. Only drawbacks are at 24mm wide open corner sharpness isn't as good as 14mm and not being filter-friendly. There is yet any rear optical glass filters to fit and gel filters themselves are useless.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

My favourite lens at the moment.
Incredible lens, My favourite lens at the moment and I have Tamron 28-75, Sigma Art 24mm 1.4, Sigma 50mm 1.4 Art, Canon 135mm 2.0L and Sigma 85mm 1.4 to give you perspective of what I am comparing it to. Best ultra wide I have used, have had experience Canons 16-35mm, 17-40 and Sigma 20mm 1.4 Art if that helps.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
