I mowed a 1\3 acre block on 1 charge, it does seem to trip out earlier than the genuine ryobi battery under high load , this is probably a good thing as I only got 3 years from the ryobi battery . Time will tell.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

OK, but does not seem to be 8AH capacity
This battery labeled 8AH is exactly the same dimensions and weight as the one labeled 6AH I already had. I find it extremely unlikely that it is higher capacity than the one labeled 6AH. The seller agreed to refund me the difference between the 6AH battery and the 8AH battery. I am satisfied with that. The one labeled 6AH does not have the same capacity/endurance as the Original Ryobi brand 6AH battery that came with the mower, but I does work OK, and is very useful for the cost.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Overpriced garbage
I bought this battery as a back up for my Ryobi mower 36v 5.0 ah battery during spring when the grass is at its thickest. Gave it a go and only lasted about 10mins before losing power, its weak struggles with load and I honestly cannot recommend this as a back up battery whatsoever. I would rather spend another $70 and gotten an original OEM for the mower. This is absolute garbage and total waste of your hard earned money. Avoid.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not as powerful as claimed
I do use it in a self-propelled mower which probably puts a higher demand on the battery than some tools do, but the power is much weaker and it runs out much faster than the original battery, it cannot be anywhere near as high as claimed - it is comparable to my three year old clapped-out original battery.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not worth the money
On the first use ran out of juice before completion of area to be mowed. As a comparison the Ryobi it replaced would mow the same area twice, not happy wasted my money & will now have to buy a Ryobi.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
