    Clarity P300 handset landline phone

    Extremely disappointed in the sound on this phone. My first one bought in 2006 was far superior but it finally broke. So I bought this one. The first one had to be returned as it did not work. They took it back and sent me this one which I really am unhappy with but since I only use it occasionally at my desk I am keeping it as I am tired of having to return this phone and who knows if other brands will be any better. One would think that in this day and age a simple good landline phone would be available. Cannot understand why my first one bought in 2006 was so good and this one is so bad!!! I hope the company reads this and has an explanation for me or will voluntarily send me another with good sound like my first 2006 phone.
