It’s only 20 minutes of the very very basic matt Pilates. It does not cover a lot of positions so is a waste of 20 minutes. It feels like you haven’t had a workout just a roll around on the matt. Very disappointed. Won’t be using it again!

Its from the era of VHS converted to DVD and is aimed at the very introductory level Pilates participant - the workout is 20 Mins long, this makes it an "express" workout designed for people who are time poor. If you're hoping for something more intense then I'd suggest the Intermediate or Advanced DVDs - or the Essential in the Professional series.
