    Compact and easy to use

    This is a awesome product, I have used it a few times since purchasing it and it is very easy to use, especially for parties as its quick and makes your making of sushi a breeze The good things about this product is That once finished with it, it is very easy to clean. Its very easy to use as i had my 4yr old with a little bit of direction help me making some sushi. The negative for this product is: When opening it the clips that hold it together sometimes come unclipped. I would recommend this product to anyone out there who likes sushi as a snack or meal

    OK once you get the hang of it

    Don't over fill. Make sure hinges are in place to shut easily when ready. Otherwise, you have to fiddle with the ingredients possibly spilling them. Only use freshly prepared sushi rice with a sticky consistency. Leftover rice is useless and wont stick (and some say unhealthy) for making sushi next day. That was my error not the gadget's.
