Its just a blank CD with a couple of small brushes glued on. I bought this to clean the internal drive on a computer. I have to admit, at first I was a bit dubious, but nothing ventured nothing gain- and wow, I am impressed. I have all these blank recordable DVD discs that my dvd recorder couldn't read or register, so I wasn't too worried about it because sometime in the future I want to get another dvd recorder/player.Then I thought about dvd cleaners and came upon Moki Lens Cleaner.
