    Shocking!

    I put the 30 amp stator and regulator on my 1984 Electra Glide. Works great. With the weak stock system it was a common problem to have stators fry and then kill the regulator. When I used my heated suit the lights would dim whenever the thermostat kicked in. Not so with the Cycle Electric equipment. Installation is simple if you are already mechanically inclined enough to install a stator. I saw no reason to upgrade to the 37 amp model with that bike. Also the factory stands behind their product. I goofed and pinched a wire after installing one. They repaired and tested the regulator for $15. Now I have a spare that I doubt I will ever need. I tested the stator as per Harley procedure and it puts out 60 volts@3500RPM.

    Good quality USA made excellent fit and fuction

    I've installed these on three bikes and they work, fit right and hold up much better than the foreign versions. They cost more but pay for themselves by lasting and fitting without drills and files.
