I have used these switches for years. They are relatively easy to mount. With the cost and unreliability of old British motorcycle switches they are a cheaper and more reliable replacement than the stock items. I bought this switch because the reviews were good. Well, the one I got is worthless. I did not even get to mount it on my bike. It disintegrated in my hands the very first time I pulled on it. The switch is well-built! makes contact every time it is pulled out. I bought a cheaper low-quality one prior. The low quality one was hit-or-miss even when fully engaged. Save yourself the headache!
