    S&S inner primary bearing race

    The race has nice taper on one end and after installed this taper will make sure it will not walk on the shaft and ruin seal on the transmission side of the race. only con is installation instructions does not tell you what side of race has the taper, I used a mic to find the taper end.

    Excellent Fix

    This product solves the problem of the Harley Davidson bearing race walking in towards the final drive gear and not allowing the mainshaft & the final drive gear to work independent of each other. also prevents the race from riding against the mainshaft seal & possibly causing a transmission leak. The only con was the price, but after installing two separate HD races using Red thread locker, they both failed & walked in. The high price was money well spent. Third time was the charm.

    S$S Bearing Race

    This is a S&S bushing. Have not installed it yet. The reviews are very good. This Main Shaft Bearing Race should not walk into the transmission as the factory one has. I would recommend spending the money, it is worth it.
