....Kevlar is the way to go. This is the second Kevlar watchband for me--my white thread one is on my pilot watch and this one, red thread, is on my Black Lagoon (modified watch in the spirit of Tudor's Black Bay). The red thread goes well with the red bezel. I have worn my white thread band for close to a year and it is durable as well as it should be considering it is Kevlar. The backing material, Lorica, is durable and comfortable. The only drawback for me is the protective material over the holes. I personally do not like the look but that is me and others may like the look. I removed the material (easily done) and the holes are holding without any obvious loss of integrity. Kevlar by its nature can fuzz so I dabbed some CA glue on the edges of the hole to prevent fuzzing. The glued internal edge of the hole is not visible so all is good. The band is a good product and value considering most of the bands being sold as Kevlar are not made with Kevlar or, if real Kevlar, are very expensive.Read full review

Band looks great and is very well made. Make sure you measure between the lugs on your watch and the size of your wrist. Band runs a little short compared to others i’ve Purchased.

Wonderful replacement strap. Made of Kevlar, so my wrist is now bulletproof.
