    Instructions could be a little better, but ok. Note that it a relatively tight fit if you haven't used it before. It's also important to locate it high in the fork in order for the windshield to clear properly.

    Mounting hardware for chrome lowers

    This is the expensive mounting hardware necessary to install the chrome lowers. You don't know you need it until AFTER you've purchased the expensive lowers and realize they don't come with the necessary mounting hardware to install them.
