The hard anodised cooking and eating surfaces are not only easier to clean, more resistant to scratching and wear, and enhances the corrosion resistance of the material - but their regular ultralight aluminium is used for the windshields to keep the price down.
I use this cooker a lot. Camping, or just cooking for 2 outside for breakfast. It is not the fastest cooker, but it isn't meant to be. Cooks great omelettes, and very efficient on fuel.
Would recommend, and is very compact and light for camping, cheap to run, and economic on fuel usage. Also ease to wash up. Nothing seems to stick,
