Works Better Than Before
Needed this to replace a fan that burned out. This one is quieter than the original and moves air efficiently from the power supply and processor cooler. This fan has more blades and I've been able to turn the motherboard fan control back on as it is so good at keeping the system cool even under hard use. Do video editing with this system and processor gets a workout at times. This fan will cool well enough that it can cycle down some and that lets the system run quieter. This is a small form factor system used as a entertainment/video editing platform and is working the best it has with the installation of this fan.

Bought 2 HP fans, both quiet and worked great.
Bought 2 of these fan to replace noisy fans in HP PCs. Put one in power supply of DC7900 and one in case of MT6300. Both fans worked great, like new. Fans came with mounting screws which is a nice extra. Fans were quiet, and the tach (speed sense) lines worked, allowing CPU to control fan speed. Seems like most HP PCs of this era use this fan. Have bought several HP PCs to use as Win7 based DVRs all seem to use this fan. Like DVRs to be silent, setting Fan Idle Speed to lowest setting in BIOS. That way the CPU can slow down the fans, when not needed for cooling. All worked as it should with these fans.

Very good fans for $6
Good fans for the price of $6 each. These are 4 pin fans which is nice, and they seem quiet and to push a large amount of air. I velcroed one to the drive cage in the front of a Z230 to add cooling for an rx 470 graphics card. Already had one exactly like it in the rear. HP seems to have gone all out for the z series computers and parts.

Foxconn PVA092G12H Computer Cooling Fan review.
I again got this for a " just in case " so I haven't used it yet. The product is advertized as a " 4 wire " but the actual fan ( right part # ) I got was only a " 3 wire one ". I am assuming it wil lwork when I need it but am not sure if it will with out the missing fourth wire like the origional has. - ( An extra ground or sense wire perhaps? ).
