I bought this for an older machine that has a 3rd gen i7, 16GB memory, and 500 watt power supply. This card fit in the case nicely and is able to be powered by the 500 watt power supply, which will allow me to play some games yet with this PC.

These older video cards are interesting to me because I like to run computers that are representative of certain time periods. There are better options if you are building a new low-cost gaming rig. However, for video cards that came out in the early 2010s these R9 cards are great. In my case I got this one and did a clean and repaste to improve the cooling. Then I run it undervolted using MSI afterburner. I can do gaming for most title at good settings for those games that were released between 2008 and 2018.

the cards are very fast and when you crossfire them well all i can say is hold on as far as crossfire goes they do have one down fall depending on the mobo you have you may need a longer crossfire bridge as as the ports are tucked inside the cards this is the only down side i get well over 100+ on any game i play but dead rising 3 for what ever reason that game does not like crossfire so i use one card and it works great i would say if you want a good solid card this is the one for you!
I haver had it for like a month now, it is a great card, runs kinda hot but overall is all i could ask for, i am running it in a 2.33 ghz intel core 2 quad and i can run pretty much any game on high settings so long as it doesnt rely on cup too much, deffinitly worth the price paid, i highly recommend it
Card works well, is very quiet, and stays at low temps.
