All brake discs are ABE, also for scooters. The discs are resistant to wear and have a 30% longer life than some comparable replacement parts. All variants: Allround, RAC and EC-offroad discs are made of extremely dimensionally stable and hardened steel. The precise surface finish (thickness deviation of 2/100mm) prevents vibrations and improves pad fit. A uniform and decreasing temperature allows a constant pressure point. The floating brake discs are in color anodized titanium, internal rings in machined aluminium. Floating discs do not tremble, because the high-quality stainless steel moving bodies are held with wave washers in tension. A new special alloy prevents excessive Korrossion. Laser technology allows for lightweight construction with subtle contours. Each disc can be driven in.
