Seems to be reducing the pain of arthritis in my back and knees somewhat, though early days yet. Have been able to reduce the amount of pain-relief medication I am taking at night, and I seem to be sleeping better. Too soon to tell yet if it's worth 5 stars, but indications are good. Glad I gave it a try, and I will certainly continue to use this very economical product - only a small amount is needed each application. Have recommended it to others to give it a try.
