According to challenger or dodge vehicle forums with the a/c&heater switch being almost identical ,the switches failure is pretty common. Most all american car parts are out of control! THE QUALITY IS NOT LIKE IT WAS IN THE 70s

The heater control fits perfectly, but isn't exactly the same part. For example, the lower heat, or feet heat, control doesn't work. If I have the heat on upper and lower, (face and feet) the upper heat comes out the vent and the lower heat works fine. The rear defroster no longer works. I'm still figuring out what works on which setting, but at least I have heat!
