I was just looking for a tree "face" not a bird feeder, but this works. It's larger than I expected, so finding a tree big enough to hang it on was my biggest issue. The hooks on the back of each piece are just like a regular picture frame hanger, so one of the eyeballs blew off the tree but I hung it back up. Made in China and poor quality
I love the looks of the tree face, but it was missing a screw that holds the bracket on one of the eyes so it can be hung on the tree. Some of the other bracket screws were coming out and they are half as long as the screws in my current tree face. I will have to buy all new screws to replace them. Give your tree some character!
When I saw this adorable tree face I knew it would be a perfect birthday gift for my friend. She is a bird lover and has numerous feeders hanging from a huge tree in her back yard but she didn't have anything like this! Now her tree has character and even keeps watch at night with glowing eyes. They aren't real bright but bright enough you can see them. The quality is very good as the molding looks to be perfect. Since it is made from resin, it will be weather proof and should last a long time. All you need are three nails or screws to hang the face up and some bird seed to fill the mouth. I am very happy with the tree face. I am a preschool teacher, and the face hangs on the pecan tree in our playground.
