Due to the added thickness, removing the screen in future for other repairs/ upgrades is far easier; just like removing the screen from its original adhesives for the first time This blade is especially designed for 21.5" A1418, A2116, 27" A1419, A2115 & iMac Pro A1862 but it can also be used for iPads, tablets, phones, MacBooks, and other devices with similar build and design or digitisers/ adhered parts but I would say with these tools your skill can decide the limit as in my opinion this is a multipurpose tool. This sturdy tool can be used to gently open more fragile and more softly adhered parts or hard to access unglued panels - It can be used for many types of digitisers or screens but the blade tool could be better suited to other screens and digitisers so please use the best tool y.
