Glitchy performance with Microsoft Surface Pro 2. The ethernet cable needs to be speed limited to allow if to function and occasionally the screen mirroring flashes non-stop until the dock is disconnected and reconnected . Supper happy with it. Woking from home with 2 screens a laptop mouse and keyboard this unit had allowed me to have it all connected and now I can work and share my screen in meetings.
