Pros I’m most impressed with the functions of the head set. The ease of control on the band. The versatility of controls through the app is impressive,ie the calibration to atmospheric pressure if at sea level or in a plane. The auto adjustment of the noise cancelling level depending if your sitting, walking or driving. Cons. Unable to bluetooth to an ipad, It does operate with the audio lead. Small, inconspicuous unit with occasional signal drop
It is small and hardly noticeable. Good battery life and sounds pretty good. With the Sony app, you can customise the sound better. Thing I didn't like is how the link is lost when you either turn your head or make awkward movements even while the phone is in your front left pocket. Especially the right ear.

Refurbished model but like brand new.
Bought this as a manufacture refurbished model from Sony and it saved me $140 then from buying brand new in store. The Bluetooth dropouts are very rare with this model which is hardly a problem as it reconnects quick enough, my real annoyance is with them sitting in the ear snug and not falling out, some aftermarket tips will more then likely fix that.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good price and quality for a 2nd hand unit

Decent earphones
Was a bit nervous ordering seconds, but the product I received was excellent. Only issue is there's a slight hissing sound on noise cancelling mode, but it's not noticeable when the audio is on so I don't mind. Sound quality is great, the touch controls were easy to use. Love that it automatically pauses when you take an earbud out, and restarts when you put it back in. The fit is a bit loose though, decent for normal use but I wouldn't recommend it for jogging for fear of them falling out. Good buds but not for exercising
The sound quality and the noise cancelling are awesome. However, there is one thing that makes me wonder that there is a design flow. The ear tips, or the fitting of them to your ear canal are not really snuggly. It could have been better designed to fit just perfectly to your ears, not a go to one if you are exercising . They will fall of from your ears, after some jumping or running. I have tried all supplied ear tips, even the best fitting won't last long while running.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Expensive but quality
There's a reason why you buy Sony when it comes to sound. For the past 60 years they are always the best. It don't matter what other new names enters market. Good, but the codec makes it a bit flimsy when connecting to Windows PCs
They're as good as the reviews claim them to be. The partner connect app works brilliantly with these, but they can be quite difficult to pair up with windows.
