Good product picks up debris easily and covers whole pool. Bought at a very good price through Ebay excellent value. Of course time will tell if quality of product is long lasting but so far so good. The only negative is the 3 year warranty which only applies if professionally installed if you do it yourself only one year warranty applies. They do not tell you about this at purchase.

I had the original Rebel and after one rebuild kit and 10 odd years it was starting to slio internally again so I thought it was time to get a new cleaner. After lookiung at what was out there decided on the Rebel 2. So straight plug and play with the flow calibarion tool - it works very well and it was also cheaper than all of the similar products in Australia. I would recommend it to anyone with a pool and couldnt get a better deal.

I have owned a Rebel pool cleaner for over 6 years and am very happy with it's simple operation and effectiveness. The "gears" wear in 18-24 months, causing the cleaner to not automatically reach the shallow end of the pool, but spares are easy to obtain. Supposedly, this Rebel 2 is more robust, so I am willing to try it.
